CHANGE of VENUE – ALL GRADES GASHKU/TRAINING SEMINAR 2017

Dear Karateka and Parents

We are holding this years All Age, All Grades Training Seminar (Gashku) on the second weekend of May and we are inviting all of our students from all of our dojos to attend. This is a great opportunity for everyone to meet students from other dojos, to learn something new and to have GREAT fun.

DATE:   13th & 14th May 2017

VENUE: 13th May 2017 at FOREST VIEW PRIMARY SCHOOL, WATERFALL
START TIME: 07:30am, See below

DATE:  14th May 2017 on the beach in front of Vetches Pier, Durban Beach Front.
START TIME: 8:00am – 10:00am , See below

COST: R50.00 per student. This entitles you to train both days or just the one day.

I recommend that everyone pack their own lunch and refreshments for the day.

SPECIAL NOTE: Because Sunday is Mothers Day we are inviting parents to join in the beach training for fun. Some of the training will be in the water (only if it is a warm day) so bring your towel, a change of clothing and something warm to put on afterwards. Lots of places to have brunch and to spoil Mom afterwards.

10:15 – 10:30am: BREAK

10:30 – 11:30am: 3^rd SESSION (PINAN KATAS & APPLICATION) – ALL AGES ALL GRADES

11:30 – 12:30am: LUNCH

12:30 – 02:00pm: 4^th SESSION (BASIC 1 POINT ATTACK) – ALL AGES ALL GRADES

02:00 – 02:30pm: BREAK
